Allow images of your childhood home to surface in your mind. Take yourself back to one of your first memories of where there was anger/trauma in your home. Either you witnessed anger/trauma, or something occurred that caused you to be angry/traumatized. Using the image of a wall that can speak, and speak as if you were the wall and describe what you see that is going on.
This imagery can sometimes be difficult to achieve but stick with if, It will send you on a journey that could have very favorable results!!!
Don't hold back, regardless of how difficulty this could be for you initially.
Of course this works best if done in a private session, but hey, let's give it a go and see where it leads us.
